Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page and include any taxes we are required to charge. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. When you pay you receive a receipt by email.
Your order
Our contract with you begins when we accept your order, which we do when we dispatch it. If we cannot accept it, for example because the item is no longer available, we tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery charges and times, your right to cancel within 14 days, and what happens if something is faulty are set out in Delivery and returns, which is part of these terms.
The products
Some pictures on our sites show the product in use and are illustrations. If what arrives does not match its description, you can return it as set out in Delivery and returns.
Our products are for domestic and private use.
Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your legal rights in relation to the products.
We are not responsible for business losses.
Offers and discount codes
A Product of the day price applies only to the product shown, on that day in UK time.
Discount codes from our welcome wheel are for your first order only, work once and expire 30 days after they are issued, and cannot be combined with Product of the day or with another code. A code has no cash value. We may end an offer at any time; that does not affect orders already placed.
Problems and the law
If something goes wrong, tell us through our contact form and we will do our best to put it right.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring them in the courts there. If you live in the European Union you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country.
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies to it.
