Who we are

Moneye is responsible for the personal data described here. For questions about it, tell us through our contact form.

What we collect and why

When you buy, we receive your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered. We use them to deliver your order, to contact you about it, to handle returns and refunds, and to keep the records the law requires.

We rely on needing them to carry out our contract with you, and on our legal duty to keep accounting records.

Your card details

Payments are taken by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe's own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Who we share it with

The supplier and delivery company that pack and deliver your order receive your name, delivery address and phone number. Some suppliers are outside the United Kingdom, so these details may be sent abroad, only to deliver your order.

Our email provider (Google Workspace), Brevo, which sends our order and contact emails, and our web host store data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Offers by email

If you give us your email address on our welcome wheel and tick the box agreeing to it, we send you offers and news about new products. Brevo stores your address and sends these emails for us.

We rely on your consent for this. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by telling us through our contact form.

Cookies

These sites do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies to take your payment securely and prevent fraud. Our shop page also keeps a small note in your browser that you have seen the welcome wheel, so it is not shown again.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years, as UK tax rules require, and then deleted. An email address given for offers is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it: tell us through our contact form. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
